O retiro inclui:
1) Administração das 18:00 às 20:00 hs: Pré-entrevista, assinatura do pacto pessoal, pacto legal, formulário de saúde e consentimento informado.
2) Preparação das 20:30 às 22:30: Apresentação e preparação para a sessão de ayahuasca. Cada participante terá um espaço para se libertar e expor tudo o que o está a limitar (isto é para aqueles que o sentem).
3) Sessão de ayahuasca a partir das 22:30 até ao final da sessão: o facilitador dará todas as indicações prévias e também os participantes poderão colocar todas as questões que possam surgir para iniciar a sessão.
4) Integração terapêutica (de manhã): 3 a 4 horas diárias com um trabalho muito profundo que se realiza na manhã seguinte à toma da ayahuasca.
5) Alimentação: Pequeno-almoço, almoço e lanche, fruta todo o dia (a ementa é vegetariana).
6) Alojamento: Cama individual com acessórios em quarto partilhado (trazer artigos de higiene pessoal, toalha, pijama, chinelos e cobertor pequeno, roupa confortável, garrafa de água).
7) Grupo de apoio pós-retrato: Todos os participantes terão um grupo de chat de apoio gratuito para partilhar o seu processo, pedir conselhos e resolver todas as suas dúvidas. Para além disso, sessões privadas de psicoterapia.
